Job Description
Signing Bonus*:
- $1000 bonus for new hires.
- After 90 days receive $500 of the $1000.
- After 180 days receive the remaining $500 of the $1000.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct and work in tandem with Assistant Teachers and Center Director
- Implements the approved Creative Curriculum lesson plans and daily classroom schedule
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Communicate with parents on students’ growth and progress throughout the week
- Maintain the health and safety of all students by adhering to sanitizing and cleaning procedures
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Must be able to adapt to a continuously changing, fast-paced environment, and make the children’s needs their primary focus.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
- Work is performed at the center. Daily outdoor work is required but work is otherwise indoors.
- Must be able to see and hear well enough to monitor classrooms and playgrounds to keep children safe at all times.
Requirements:
- CDA or Higher
- CPL 3 or Higher
- CPR & First Aid Training
